Needed freon for me 5 ton unit ,WHICH WAS NOT COOLING. and freon was added plus dye to find leak. Has been running 24 hours and has not gotten below 80 degrees. Have not gotten my receipt on my computer regards payment. I have a maintenance agreement.

It's been one year since we purchased our Lenox heat pump system, and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Alaskan is a great company with superior service in all areas. Our salesman/technician, Earl, is our key contact, and we think he is the absolute best .... professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and personable. We purchased our system because we believed in Earl and his manager, and we're glad we did.
