I reached out to alaskan to get a second opinion on an air scrubber. The ladies answer the phone was very helpful and and said someone will get back to me shortly. In less than 30 minutes Shane reached out to me. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions and more. He made me feel very confident in my decision to move forward with an air scrubber. Less than 24 hours later the air scrubber was installed in my home. While Shane was here he answers all my questions, set my exceptions for how the system would work and provided suggests to maximize my desired results. I have canceled my contract with my previous HVAC company I am now a happy Alaskan customer.
