“My A/C runs all of the time. Is there something wrong with it?”
Well…is it hot outside. Likely there isn’t anything wrong. Your A/C system is just trying to keep up with the record temps outside. Just make sure that your filers aren’t too dirty or clogged with dust or pet hair and such. Overly restrictive filters may be causing your A/C to run constantly.
To check your filter: turn your system off and remove the filter to inspect it. If it looks clogged or is too dirty, write down the size of the filter and head to the hardware store for a new one. Immediately install it and turn that sucker right back on.
